Cancellation, Refund  & COVID Policy

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, we encourage you to transfer your ticket to someone that can attend.

If we have COVID restrictions please note the event will be postponed and you will be notified of the new date. Please hold your ticket until then.

Carer Policy: Companion Cards

Companion Card holders are eligible to receive one complimentary ticket for their carer for our performance. The card holder must present their Companion Card at the time of booking by sending a copy to tenille@encodamusic.com and then a complimentary ticket will be issued.
